About Texas Urban Elements
Locally owned. Houston-based. A real person walks every property before any proposal is written.
Texas Urban Elements Is Not a Construction Company
Texas Urban Elements is a design house for outdoor environments. We shape land, guide water, and build outdoor spaces that are designed to work correctly — not just look good on the day they're finished.
Every project starts with one question: where does the water go? Most contractors skip that question entirely. They lay pavers on clay soil, pour concrete without pitch, or plant sod on waterlogged ground — and the results fail within a few years. We've seen it hundreds of times across Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Pearland.
We do it differently. Drainage is assessed on every project before a single surface material goes in. That's not a marketing claim — it's how we're structured. It's what our NDS Certified Drainage Specialist designation means in practice. And it's why Houston homeowners who've been burned by other contractors come to us to do it right the second time.
One team handles every trade. Drainage, concrete, pavers, retaining walls, masonry, landscaping, fencing, pergolas, and gutters — the same crew that designs your project builds it. No hand-offs. No subcontractor blame games. One point of contact from first visit to final walkthrough.

Meet Our Project Directors

Our Leadership
Design & Project Directors
Your project director is the first person you meet and the last person you see when your project is complete. That's not a figure of speech — a dedicated director personally walks every property before a proposal is written, oversees every project in progress, and conducts the 72-hour post-completion walkthrough.
For our team, Texas Urban Elements has always been personal. This isn't just a company — it's a craft and a commitment. Over the past several years, we have delivered several hundred projects across the Houston metro, consistently bridging the gap between design intent and field execution. Our role is to orchestrate the plan, translate the vision, and connect the right professionals — architects, engineers, and skilled artisans — to bring it to life as one coherent system.
What separates our approach from typical contractors is the order of operations. Water flow comes first. Surface materials come second. Every outdoor environment we design is built around how the property actually functions — not how it looks in a rendering.
When a project is done, our team doesn't disappear. Most TUE clients return for additions, expansions, and new features over the years — because we already know their property.
The Texas Urban Rangers — Master Artisans, Not General Labor
Behind every Texas Urban Elements project is a consortium of skilled professionals we call the Texas Urban Rangers. These are not general laborers pulled from a temp pool. They are master artisans — specialists in hardscaping, concrete, masonry, drainage installation, irrigation, lighting, and outdoor structures.
Each trade is handled by the person who knows it best. That's what makes the one-team model work. When drainage, concrete, and pavers are all handled by coordinated specialists under a single project director, the result is an outdoor environment where every system works together — not a collection of separate installs that were never designed to integrate.
